Thank you for ordering your script.
Please remember that all schedule 6 scripts expire 7 days from the day of issue, so remember to collect medication within this time period.
All children on schedule 5 and 6 medication need to seen every four to six months for a follow-up appointment. I will unfortunately not be able to issue further scripts until the appointment is made.
Should you be encountering problems at school or concerns with medications please be sure to let us know ASAP so we can assist you.

Please allow 48 hours for the script to be generated before you collect.
It is NOT necessary to phone or email to check if the script is ready for collection.
